Bordeaux Imperial – A splendid bottle for a special occasion.

A lovely Bordeaux Supérieur “Classic Claret” from a great vintage in 6 Litre form, and as the name suggests, it promises to offer a superior version of our Club Claret Bordeaux AOC wine. This is promised by the higher quality standards to which viticulturists and vintners must adhere in order to have Supérieur on their wine label. The vineyards are located in the Entre-Deux-Mers, on the slope of Branne near St Emilion, Château Reynier is owned and managed by oenologist Marc Lurton. Combining traditional and modern techniques, the wines produced here are excellent value quality Bordeaux. Made equally with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in French and American oak barrels. Aromas of ripe red berry fruit with hints of oak. Medium-bodied with well integrated tannins and a good length.
