Finclass beef is sourced from British heritage breeds reared in Surrey, Cornwall, Scotland and the Welsh Valleys. We work with farmers who use traditional farming methods where the cattle are grass fed in the summer and fed silage during the winter months. Finclass beef is matured on the bone in our state-of-the-art maturation chamber for a minimum of 30 days.

Angus and Hereford Cross the most tender of beef cuts, the beef fillet is expertly trimmed and well-aged to enhance its already stunning flavour and texture.

Fine-grained with little to no fat, its popularity is understandable.
