Our lamb comes from the sturdy Texel breed cross. All of our lamb is grass fed, free range and is reared using traditional farming methods on the pastures of Dorset, Wales and Shropshire.

A leg of lamb not only tastes sensational, but is one of those show-stopping cuts of meat that makes everyone smile as it arrives at the table. It is a tender muscle, which you can tell by the fact some chefs steak it. If you can grill or fry a muscle with delicious results you certainly won’t be disappointed when you roast it as a whole joint.

Tied in generous 2kg joints, a leg of lamb can easily feed six to eight people depending on appetite or whether you want leftovers for a mid-week tagine or curry.
