The Royal Automobile Club’s Summer Veteran Car Run will take place on Thursday 21 July. The event is the perfect opportunity to exercise pre-1905 veteran cars in warmer climes ahead of the London to Brighton in November. Based at the Club’s Woodcote Park country clubhouse in Epsom, the one-day event will feature a leisurely departure into the Surrey countryside, pausing for a well-earned lunch, followed by a gentle return to Woodcote Park in time for afternoon tea and a light concours.

For those wishing to continue into the evening there will be a sundowner drinks reception amongst the cars displayed on the Cedar Lawn, followed by a delicious dinner with fellow participants and guests.

The Royal Automobile Club’s Summer Veteran Car Run will take place on Thursday 21 July.

Entry Ticket (2 people)

Entry for one eligible vehicle with one driver and one passenger. This ticket will also include a light breakfast at Woodcote Park followed by a buffet lunch at the designated lunch spot and afternoon tea on return.

Additional Places

Entry for one additional passenger in an entered Veteran Car. This must be purchased alongside an Entry Ticket. This ticket will also include a light breakfast at Woodcote Park followed by a buffet lunch at the designated lunch spot and afternoon tea on return.

Dinner Places

One place at the sundowner drinks reception and dinner in the Cedar Room at Woodcote Park post-event (this is not included in the standard entry or additional places).

Cancelation Policy 

In the case of an entry being withdrawn (in writing) before 21 June, refunds will be made in full less an administrative fee of £50. After the closing date, no refund will be made.

RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run

Participants of the Summer Run must also take part in the RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run on Sunday 6 November.
